Powerwash Guy utilizes professional soft washing and exterior cleaning methods that may include sodium hypochlorite, detergents, surfactants, and other industry-standard cleaning solutions.
Customer acknowledges that certain paints, stains, coatings, sealers, and building materials may contain pigments, dyes, additives, or manufacturing characteristics that can react to cleaning solutions. Some exterior paint formulations, including certain products manufactured or supplied by Sherwin-Williams and other paint manufacturers, have been reported to experience discoloration, fading, color shifting, oxidation exposure, or pigment-related changes when exposed to sodium hypochlorite-based cleaning solutions.
These reactions may occur despite proper application methods, industry-standard dilution ratios, and accepted cleaning practices. Such conditions are often impossible to identify prior to cleaning and are beyond the control of Powerwash Guy.
Customer understands and accepts that Powerwash Guy is not responsible for discoloration, fading, color alteration, oxidation exposure, coating failure, paint defects, pigment reactions, manufacturing defects, pre-existing surface conditions, or any other cosmetic changes resulting from the composition, age, condition, or chemical sensitivity of paints, stains, coatings, sealers, or building materials.
By authorizing service, Customer assumes all risks associated with painted and coated surfaces and releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Powerwash Guy from any claims relating to pigment-related discoloration, paint failure, coating failure, or chemical reactions occurring during or after the cleaning process.
If Customer has concerns regarding painted surfaces, Customer must notify Powerwash Guy before service begins so that a test area may be evaluated. No warranty or guarantee is expressed or implied regarding the compatibility of cleaning solutions with existing paints, stains, coatings, or building materials.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to service.
Late or unpaid balances may result in service refusal or additional fees.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied, please notify us promptly so we can address your concerns.
Results may vary based on surface condition and environmental factors.
Our satisfaction guarantee applies to the quality of the cleaning service performed and does not extend to pre-existing conditions, paint failures, pigment reactions, oxidation exposure, manufacturing defects, or material incompatibilities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Powerwash Guy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
